* * This quaint building houses 15 rooms and was constructed in the 19th century. It is protected by Malaga's city administration because of its historical value and its architectural beauty.

It had a complete restoration in 1999 and the technical standards of the building were brought up to date whilst preserving all the aesthetic details of the internal and external architecture.

Its antique floor mosaics were restored and polished, the oak doors were renewed and the complete front façade of the building, including the roof, was rebuilt by professional building restorers. Villa ACACIAS also offers its guests a beautiful garden behind the building where you can find shady terraces under palm trees and space to relax and unwind.
